Dark Gym Art ,1 Down 23 To Go
Last night I got a jump start on my Dark Gym Wall of fame. Umbreon was the first Pokemon, no first bead sprite that I have ever made. I do know that I could have deleted the beginning of that last statement instead of negating it, but then that would be the DGL we all know and love. Enjoy some pics, more to come.

Enjoy Your Spring Break
In the United States, spring break at university level can occur from February to April, depending on term dates and certain holidays. Many K–12 institutions in the United States schedule their spring breaks around Easter and Passover.
Canada gives a week-long break to its elementary school and secondary school students in the month of March. United Kingdom schools schedule two-week holidays known as the "Easter break" or "Easter holidays", as they occur in the weeks following and preceding Easter.
In Japan, the spring break starts with the end of the academic year in March and ends on April 1 with the beginning of a new.
So with all that time off, don't forget to take your DS with you. Play Pokemon!

Pokemon Black 2 and White 2 Announced
It seems that the 3rd entry in the fifth generation of Pokemon games will actually be two separate titles released simultaneously. They will be called Pokemon Black 2 and Pokemon White 2 and they will release in Japan this June. Nintendo has announced a Fall 2012 release window for European and North American territories.

Happy Groundhog Day
Groundhog Day is a holiday celebrated on February 2 in the United States and Canada. According to folklore, if it is cloudy when a groundhog emerges from its burrow on this day, then spring will come early. If it is sunny, the groundhog will supposedly see its shadow and retreat back into its burrow, and the winter weather will continue for six more weeks.
In the Pokémon Black/White games, the season changes every month. So, I predict another 3 weeks of Summer.

Befriend Arceus In the DreamWorld
In September 2010, a poll began on the official website to decide upon the next Pokémon to give away through the Dream World. The winner of this poll was the legendary Pokémon Arceus. It is the first of the Pokémon given away over the Dream World not to have a special ability. Unlike the rest, it is at Level 100.
Another poll ran for the international games where Arceus also won. Its distribution runs through February 2012. It is accessed via the password: ARCEUSVOTE
Login to the http://en.pokemon-gl.com/ website and follow the "Promotions" link. Choose the "Receive the Mythical Pokémon Arceus!" Enter the password. When you enter the Dream World, Arceus will be waiting for you when you exit.

A weird moment of last night's Republican debate probably slipped completely under the radar for most viewers. This moment occurred in Herman Cain's closing statement, when the former pizza-chain CEO recited a favorite inspirational quote:
"A poet once said, 'life can be a challenge, life can seem impossible, but it's never easy when there's so much on the line.'"
Nothing strange about that on the surface, until you Google the quote and you realize that these words of wisdom were spoken not by a poet, but by Donna Summer in her song "The Power of One." This isn't even one of Summer's classic hits; she recorded it just over a decade ago as the theme song for Pokémon: The Movie 2000.
