Ash hat Pikachu distribution announced for American, PAL region games

A code to obtain Ash hat Pikachu will be revealed on the official Pokémon site. Additionally, details on the publication of a QR Code to obtain the movie hat Pikachu in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon have been revealed.

On September 19, 2017, a common code will be published on the official Pokémon site to obtain Ash hat Pikachu in Pokémon Sun and Moon. There are six different possible hats, and the moves Pikachu knows will vary with its hat; when the player redeems the code will determine which hat they obtain. The code can only be redeemed once per save file, so each player can only obtain one of the six different hats. The dates for each hat are as follows:

• Sept. 19 to 25: Original hat
• Sept. 26 to Oct. 2: Hoenn region hat
• Oct. 3 to 9: Sinnoh region hat
• Oct. 10 to 16: Unova region hat
• Oct. 17 to 23: Kalos region hat
• Oct. 24 to 30: Alola region hat

These Pikachu are likely to be the same as the equivalent Japanese distribution. The Japanese distribution also included the Pikashunium Z, although this has not yet been announced for the international distribution.

The 20th Pokémon movie, Pokémon the Movie: I Choose You!, will air in theaters in the United States and Europe on November 5 and 6, 2017. In Australia and New Zealand, the movie will show in theaters beginning November 11, 2017. A new teaser trailer for the movie has been published.

A QR Code to obtain "I Choose You" hat Pikachu in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon will be given away at showings, as will a TCG card featuring the same Pikachu. This has been announced by both the US site and the UK, French, German, Italian, and Spanish sites. Tickets are now available for preorder in the United States.

My First Impression of an ECPL Gym Leader molds the message of what I would like to say about them. This is a message for someone that really Bugs me. Only this guy would Lunge his way in front of a national day of remembrance. What kind of Leech Life would do that? However, before you jump into Attack, Order him to make some changes on his birth certificate, or hit him in the face with a silly String Shot, consider what this person means to the ECPL. If you are out driving around listening to No Doubt's hit "Spider Webs", think about making a U-Turn so you can say Happy Birthday to the East Coast Pokemon League's Bug Gym Leader.  Take your time and drive carefully. We don't need anyone to have a Savage Spin-Out!

Happy Birthday to the Electric Gym Leader

Reliable, affordable power is nothing short of an everyday miracle. We use it to power our homes, businesses, schools, hospitals and Charge our 3DS's. We should probably find a Celebi so we can go back in time and find a way to spread out these Gym Leader birthdays ... and with that said, let's Fire Spin up another one. It's a Sunny Day outside and it's not so hot that the sidewalk will Burn Up. Another year has gone by and we are running low on fire phrases, so lets all wish for new moves for all of us and wish the East Coast Pokemon League's very own Fire Gym Leader and Happy Birthday. After You have read this message, you will have bore witness to the Natural Gift that I Bestow upon you all every time an ECPL Gym Leader Celebrates a birthday. With a year of Growth, since this gym leader has gone through an Endeavor where he Struggled with choosing me, as a Last Resort, to be the best man at his wedding.  He must have had he Foresight to know that I would Hold Back a little and not have the crowd in an Uproar with my words that are known to Captivate audiences. Hey everyone, water (what are) you doing? For everyone about to Dive into summer and Soak in the sun, don't forget to Withdraw for a minute and say Happy Birthday to the ECPL's very own Water Gym Leader. Not really sure what he's up to since he's not online a bunch. He's could be involved in an asset Liquidation in order to pay for two brand new baby girls he has coming soon. Maybe he has a 3DS in one hand and a Crabhammer in the other hand to crack into some of the Chesapeake Bay's finest. Happy Birthday to the ECPLs Flying Gym Leader

Just mention a birthday and here I am to rock you like a Hurricane. What's all this Chatter about birthdays? Judging by the date, I guess that means it is the birthday of the ECPL's very own Flying Gym Leader. To other ECPL members: You want to deliver a message and you don't know how? Well if you are in the area, you could simply open your Beak. Blast off an email if you are far away. You could also do a Mirror Move and reply to this message. Either way, find a way to say Happy Birthday to our Brave Bird of a friend.

Registration is Now Open for the Kanto X Alola Regional Rumble Wi-Fi tournament

The Kanto X Alola Regional Rumble Wi-Fi tournament has been announced. Players may register between midnight UTC on March 9 until 11:59 p.m. UTC on March 16. The competition will run from midnight UTC on March 17 until 11:59 p.m. UTC on March 19. There will be 50,000 spots available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Players born in or after 2002 will be in the Junior/Senior Division. Players born in or before 2001 will be in the Master Division. Junior/Senior Division players will only be able to battle from 6 a.m. until 11 p.m. local time. The results will be announced some time in April.

Players may only use Pokémon in the Kanto Pokédex and Alola Pokédex. Participants will battle using the Pokémon Sun and Moon games. Participants who win or lose three battles will receive a Pidgeotite and Steelixite. This competition will use the Single Battles format. Pokémon cannot hold Mega Stones in this tournament. Mewtwo, Mew, Zygarde, Cosmog, Cosmoem, Solgaleo, Lunala, Necrozma, and Magearna cannot be used in this competition.

Three Pokémon of the six in the Battle Team will be used in each battle. All Pokémon will be automatically set to level 50 for this competition. Each battle will last a maximum of 10 minutes. Players will have 90 seconds to choose which three Pokémon they will battle with. Players will have 45 seconds to switch Pokémon or use an attack. Participants may battle 15 times a day for a maximum of 45 battles.
