A Little Closer
When you go to pokemon.com now, the flash animation directs you to a new site, darkrai.com. Still no word on darkrai's release, but I guess the news will drop there first.
Be on the lookout for Darkrai!!!!! I went to pokemon.com which led me to darkrai.com which led to http://www.pokemon.com/darkrai/
I think it will be released soon. Feb 7th is a new moon (as in New Moon Island), but I think it may come earlier than that. Keep your eyes open people. I must obtain like 10 of these pokemon.
That may be tough. As opposed to just downloading, like with Manaphy, I'm pretty sure you get a ticket so that you can go to where darkrai is. Its not going to be as simple as playing the game 20 minutes to get to where you can download and trade. At the very least, you'll probably have to play up to Canalave. More likely, I'm expecting to have to have beaten the Elite Four before being able to go to the island.
Aside from getting more TMs and a second set of the one time only pokemon, I couldn't imagine devoting the time to beating Diamond, especially when I pretty much have the ability to complete my nat'l dex with the pokemon i currently have on Pearl.
