Oddly enough I spent time raising a lot of my lv 50's higher. However, I could make a lv 50 fairly easily. The only problem is that I think my girlfriend's family reunion is that same weekend. I qualified, but it would be just my luck that I actually got invited to go.
We have over two months to get ready, I'm pretty sure we made our 6 lvl 100s in around that time, and we weren't even that efficient at raising pokemon back then.
I do have a good number of lvl 50s from my gym team, I just need to decide if I want to go with them or start from scratch.
Nintendo really makes it hard for people in central illinois. I mean, only two dates, and each one is on the opposite ends of the united states. Dissapointing because I would have liked to participate.

Just qualified. I'm pretty pleased that it's mostly non legendary this time.
