Happy Birthday to the ECPL Steel Gym Leader

Just when I was thinking that today would be a hum drum ordinary day, something came along and made me Shift Gears. As of yet, I have no way to Autotomize these messages and I need to come up with a new way to say an old thing, to an old man. I need to say something that will lift his spirits, and take away his Doom Desire. A message that will sink into his Iron Head that he is thought very highly of here in the ECPL.
