Happy Birthday to the ECPL Dark Gym Leader

I wasn't sure if this guy smokes, so I wasn't going to break any U.S. Embargo by buying him a box of Cubans. Then, I thought I could Snatch a purse or maybe Knock Off a convenience store to get money to buy him a gift. But, I remembered that I'm not a Thief and can not really afford the Punishment. Next, I had the idea of finding a woman, using some Fake Tears to convince her into having a Fling with him. However, if that led to him being left with a bad Memento of the occasion, I may get Beat Up. Finally, I realized that it's not about me, or what Nasty Plot I should hatch on my own for him.
