Happy Belated Birthday to the Electric Gym Leader

The ECPL has been Charged with overlooking a Electrifying event.  One that should not be overlooked. No I'm not talking about watching Usain Bolt Strike gold in the Rio Olympics. So before you hop out of your Chevy Volt, Switch off the light, and Nuzzle up to the TV to watch NFL pre-season Football. Give a big Happy (belated) Birthday to the ECPL's Electric Gym Leader.
